Your Data
This Privacy Policy explains how Traders Point collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit traderspointchristianchurch.com, send a form, subscribe to coverage notes, or enrol in a home protection plan. We wrote this page for homeowners and property managers who want a warranty conversation without wondering where their details go.
We do not publish a telephone number or a street address on this website. Enquiries travel through on-page forms and the email published in the footer. This policy sits beside the Terms & Services. If you do not agree with the practices described here, please do not submit forms or subscribe to notes.
Traders Point is the organisation responsible for personal information collected through this website and through plan administration that begins on this website. Questions about privacy can be sent through the Contact Us form or to support@traderspointchristianchurch.com. We reply in writing.
If a plan is later underwritten or administered with a partner, that partner’s role will be named on the issued plan pack. We will not silently pass your file to an unnamed organisation for a purpose you were not told about at enrolment.
Identity and contact details: name, email address, and a phone number you choose to type into a form so an advisor can reply. We do not require a postal address on this website and we do not ask for a public street location in the footer.
Home and plan details: year built, system ages, service notes, the plan family you select, and any message you write about a symptom or a technician estimate. Claims files may later include photographs of a home system, scan reports, invoices, and the names of technicians who prepared the estimate.
Subscription details: the email used to join or leave the coverage-notes list, the topics you select, and the reason you give when you unsubscribe.
Technical data: standard server or hosting logs such as browser type, general device type, pages viewed, and the date of a visit. These logs help us keep the static site available. We do not use them to build a secret profile of your driving.
We do not knowingly collect information from children. Home warranty services are intended for adults who own, lease, or manage dwellings.
You provide most details directly when you complete the appointment form, contact form, subscribe form, or unsubscribe form. Those forms are validated in your browser. After a successful check, the page shows the message “Thank You! one of our representative will contact you.” The site does not run a hidden server process of its own to store the form in a remote database.
If you later complete enrolment documents or a claim, additional details may be collected through secure follow-up messages from an advisor. Workshop partners may send estimates and photos because you asked them to open a file. You should only share another person’s data if you have a right to do so.
We use contact and home details to reply to an enquiry, prepare a written plan comparison, and, if you enrol, to administer cover and claims. We use subscription details to send the notes you asked for and to honour an unsubscribe request. We use technical logs to keep pages loading and to understand which guides are useful.
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent the mailing list. We do not use form contents to place surprise advertising on unrelated websites. If we ever want to use details for a new purpose that is not compatible with this policy, we will explain that purpose first and ask for a fresh choice where the law requires it.
Where privacy law asks for a stated ground, we rely on steps needed to answer a request you made, steps needed to prepare or perform a protection plan, our legitimate interest in running a careful claims desk and a secure website, and consent when you tick a box to receive optional coverage notes. You can withdraw marketing consent on the Unsubscribe page without affecting an active plan.
We may also keep records because the law or a dispute requires us to show how a claim was decided, how a contribution was calculated, or how a cancellation was handled.
We share details only with people who need them for the purpose you would expect: an advisor handling your file, a claims specialist, an inspection lead, a technician you asked us to speak with, and service providers who host email or the website. Those providers are not free to use your details for their own marketing.
We may share information if a lawful request requires it, if we must protect a person from serious harm, or if Traders Point is involved in a reorganisation and the new operator continues the same protection services under similar privacy promises.
Social sharing buttons in the footer open the service you choose—such as a Facebook, X, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp share window—so you can send a link to this site. Those services have their own privacy rules. We do not receive the contact list from those windows.
This is a static website. We do not install advertising cookies to follow you across other sites. Your browser may still keep ordinary session information so a menu or form state works while you move between pages. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may affect how a menu opens on a small screen but will not stop you from reading plan information.
Enquiry forms that do not become a plan are kept only as long as needed to finish the conversation and a short follow-up period. Subscription records stay until you unsubscribe and for a brief confirmation period so we can show the request was honoured. Plan and claims files are kept for the life of the cover and for a later archive period that matches ordinary limitation and audit needs. Technical logs rotate on a shorter cycle.
When a retention period ends, we delete or irreversibly de-identify the records unless a law says we must hold them longer.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information: limited access to files, careful handling of photos that show a property identifier, and written processes for claims staff. No website or email path is perfectly secure. Please do not send payment-card numbers through the public message box. An advisor will describe an appropriate payment method if you enrol.
If we become aware of a breach that creates a risk to you, we will notify you and any required authority in the manner the law describes.
This website can be viewed from many places. We do not describe ourselves as based in a particular country on these pages. If your information is processed in another region than the one where you live, we still apply the protections in this policy and any transfer rules that apply to the service.
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it when we no longer need it, object to certain uses, or restrict processing where the law allows. You can unsubscribe from coverage notes at any time. You can refuse to tick optional boxes on a form; required boxes exist only so we know you agree to the specific use described next to them.
To use these choices, send a message through the Contact Us form from the email we already have on file, or include enough detail for us to find the right record without creating a new risk. We may need to verify that the request comes from you. We will not charge a fee for a reasonable request. We may refuse a request that is repetitive, unfounded, or that would reveal another person’s data.
Published pricing illustrations on the Pricing page are not a final underwriting decision. An advisor reviews home details before a plan is issued. We do not use hidden automated scoring on this static site to accept or refuse a visitor. If a future enrolment tool includes an automated check, we will explain the logic in plain language and offer a human review.
Pages may link to social networks or to trade resources. Those destinations have their own policies. This Privacy Policy covers only traderspointchristianchurch.com and the administration that begins here.
We may update this Privacy Policy when services, forms, or the law change. The date at the bottom shows the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you have had a chance to read the new text.
Write through the Contact Us form or email support@traderspointchristianchurch.com with the subject line “Privacy”. Describe the page or form your question relates to. We do not publish a telephone number or a visiting address on this website. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may also contact the privacy authority that serves your region.
